Riccardo Zappia Joins the Property Maverick team in Cape Town

Hey All, so just wanted to let everyone know I have now joined the newly formed Property Maverick Team. Owned and run by two of Cape Towns top conveyancers. I was offered this position to become one of the newest agents and fore front agent due to my success at a previous brand in Cape Town. It comes with a lot of extra pressure to help the bosses achieve success but still continue doing what I do best and that's looking after my clients. I have got some amazing clients in and around Cape Town and love to live by the referrals I get. Riccardo Zappia Onwards and Upwards

Riccardo Zappia, which is me, a successful business person in the United Kingdom. Although as every business person knows to succeed failures happen. I setup a company several years ago, specialising in serviced accommodation, although it did well, the rents just killed the business and made things much harder than it should have been. Serviced Apartments or accommodation is not the most lucrative industry and costs can quickly spiral. I did several joint ventures with all the best intentions but sometimes things don't always go the way we want in life. With that said I ave shut down and closed several Limited companies in the UK, Saffatel Limited, Saffatel Liverpool Limited, Grey Zebra Property Group, Sheik Zebra Properties and then some other joint ventures.
