Riccardo Zappia Joins the Property Maverick team in Cape Town

Hey All,

so just wanted to let everyone know I have now joined the newly formed Property Maverick Team. Owned and run by two of Cape Towns top conveyancers. I was offered this position to become one of the newest agents and fore front agent due to my success at a previous brand in Cape Town.

It comes with a lot of extra pressure to help the bosses achieve success but still continue doing what I do best and that's looking after my clients.

I have got some amazing clients in and around Cape Town and love to live by the referrals I get.

Property Maverick was brain child of the conveyancer and asked me to help disrupt the models used in South Africa, as they are just out of date.

Bring a fresh new perspective to the real estate arena and bridge the gap between millennials, technology and the market place.

Riccardo Zappia Scam - FAKE FORUMS - Biggest Serviced Accommodation Business in the UK- TRUE

Well well well....this is now become the most funniest thing I have ever read. I literally creased up when I read the disgruntlement of 1 sad person. There opinions and lack of evidence and just pure ridiculousness of the post on a forum. I have been in business for most of my life, and not once have I ever come across anyone to suggest I am dishonest. I am hardworking, reliable and offer true transparency. Yet this person suggests otherwise. So not only do they not like what I have to say, they dont like that I am succeeding in life when they are not. I have turned my business around and we have grown to become one of the biggest , yes the biggest independently owned serviced accommodation providers in the United Kingdom. The business we have is growing and with new appointments to the team as well as 6 new buildings in the pipeline over the next 12 months I can truly say I am anything from a scam.
