Riccardo Zappia Onwards and Upwards
Riccardo Zappia, which is me, a successful business person in the United Kingdom. Although as every business person knows to succeed failures happen.
I setup a company several years ago, specialising in serviced accommodation, although it did well, the rents just killed the business and made things much harder than it should have been.
Serviced Apartments or accommodation is not the most lucrative industry and costs can quickly spiral. I did several joint ventures with all the best intentions but sometimes things don't always go the way we want in life.
With that said I ave shut down and closed several Limited companies in the UK, Saffatel Limited, Saffatel Liverpool Limited, Grey Zebra Property Group, Sheik Zebra Properties and then some other joint ventures.
These companies and joint ventures where in and around Serviced Apartments, different investors got involved and trusted me with there money, but things took a turn when I got messed around by a landlord in Liverpool and his sidekick Brian from Goldings Estate Agents, they messed me around caused me significant loses and wasted months of rent, precious time and bad standings with suppliers. Although Brian has taken to the internet to slag me off and my business this was so he could get his grubby hands on the business and take over the site.
He wanted it from day one and did everything he could to make my life difficult, you'll see all the bad reviews his company has and this is a testimont to how he actually is. He also has several estate agencies in different names around Liverpool and Manchester. Just shows you that he needs to hide behind several brands.
Unlike him I have not needed to take the low ground and takes these failures and move forward. Success is a constant up and down and sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. All business can struggle, look at Woolworths, CNA and many other high street brands.
Moving forward with success with all the nay sayers is hard but in life we need these negative nellies to remind us how success tastes and to not stop moving forward.
Look at all the thousands of positive reviews of my clients to see for your self, unfortunately the negativity always always comes through louder.
